It comes with a pair of Spector-designed J- and P-style passive pickups that deliver solid low-end tone along with a full midrange that sits nicely in just about any mix in any genre.
The Spector-designed J- and P-style passive pickups in the Performer 4 provide you with a solid array of classic bass tone. The P-style in the middle position puts out punchier midrange tone, while the J-style in the bridge delivers more articulate high end. And with volume and tone controls for both pickups, you can shape your tone to fit your style. From smooth jazz grooves to heavier rock runs, it all finds a home with these pickups and controls.
Neck made to play
The 3-piece maple neck features an amara fingerboard that is smooth, playable, and incredibly responsive. The 34" full-scale neck is donned with 24 medium jumbo nickel frets that provide stellar intonation for each note and each groove, letting your tonal accents shine.
